Pinot Noir

We decided not to make Pinot for a few years because it was such a hot varietal and we have an aversion to all things trendy. Now that it has come back down to earth a bit, we’re finally back in the mood. Go lightly, we didn’t make much.

Tom's notes

It has been a few years since our last Pinot Noir and the wait was well worth it. This is a complex, refreshing Pinot that is delicious to drink now and will also improve in bottle over the next five years. The aromas show beautiful strawberry, cola, cranberry and hard candy notes. The flavors are bright, pure and refreshing with juicy berry notes, herb, rhubarb, strawberry and stone. Smooth rich texture and a long finish.

Syrah

It’s only a matter of time before someone makes a movie extolling the many virtues of Syrah. Until then, we’ll keep spreading the good word ourselves as a public service.

Wow, this is serious and delicious Syrah. Super dark and concentrated with a heady nose of bacon, chocolate, black cherry, anise and toasty oak notes. Dense and super rich in the mouth with a core of dark fruit followed by lush vanilla, black cherry, cassis and herb and mineral notes. Classic Syrah characteristics turned up to 11.

Zinfandel

Those who profess not to like Zin probably don’t care for barbeques, baseball or apple pie either. Be patriotic... about Zinfandel.

Sauvignon Blanc

Considering all those ominous global climate predictions, we're guessing that a crisp white wine will increasingly hit the spot. Enjoy Jus Soli wines in any season, in any climate.
