Syrah

It’s only a matter of time before someone makes a movie extolling the many virtues of Syrah. Until then, we’ll keep spreading the good word ourselves as a public service.

Zinfandel

Those who profess not to like Zin probably don’t care for barbeques, baseball or apple pie either. Be patriotic... about Zinfandel.

  • boysenberry, long, lush

Tom's notes

Boysenberry in every way (pie, jam and syrup) along with notes of blackberry, blueberry, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, orange peel, vanilla and toasty oak. Rich boysenberry and blueberry flavors are backed by spice, cocoa and hints of mineral, maple syrup and rhubarb. Long, lush and rich, supported by full, ripe tannins.

Roots Red

As we stated previously, we at Jus Soli like roots. Roots music. The book and miniseries. The root language. And root vegetables, which are rich in flavor and economical. Much like Roots Red, come to think of it.

2007 Sonoma County Roots Red

Best of Class in Rhone Red Category, 2009 Sonoma County Harvest Fair

Quick Taste

  • 500 cases made
  • smooth, rich and vibrant
  • A STEAL at $20/bottle

Tom's notes

Our second vintage of this complex crowd-pleasing blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel is just as smooth, rich and delicious as the first. The aromas suggest a range of stone fruits including sweet plum, black cherry and apricot. On the palate, the fruit is both vibrant and rich with lush texture and underlying notes of sweet cocoa, mineral and baking spices. The long finish is sure to send you back for more so we recommend keeping a second bottle on hand at all times.

Sauvignon Blanc

Considering all those ominous global climate predictions, we're guessing that a crisp white wine will increasingly hit the spot. Enjoy Jus Soli wines in any season, in any climate.

Vibrant, fresh and pure from the aromas through the lingering finish, our second vintage of Sauvignon Blanc is a pleasure to drink anytime, anywhere, with practically anyone.
